“90 days into 2025” is an iterative journey of reflection, imagination, and strategic planning, set up to help you step powerfully into a new year and a new quarter century – fully ready to take action on your dreams and goals.
Over the years, I have immersed myself in the art and science of crafting powerful questions. Through a crazy amount of reading, research, running all manner of coaching course, interacting with countless coaching clients—and not to mention deep, personal exploration—I've discovered that asking the right set of questions can activate the full range of your brain's cognitive networks—the Default Mode Network, the Central Executive Network, the Salience Network, etc. and even the Limbic System. By engaging these networks simultaneously, you tap into your brain's full cognitive capabilities, boosting creativity, problem-solving, and motivation. This insight is not only the foundation of my upcoming book, but also the driving force behind this 90-day course.
During the first 90 days of 2025, we won't be building new habits or executing on goals just yet. Instead, we'll focus on deep mental preparation – recalibrating, reflecting, and planning. By intentionally not acting on your goals during this period, you'll avoid the common “stop-start” cycle. This purposefully ensures that when April comes around, you’ll be fully ready to hit the ground running and not lose your momentum.

Each day, for 90 days, you'll receive a brief email with a motivational anecdote or reflection, along with a set of carefully crafted questions, designed to spark insight and perspective.
Spend just 5-10 minutes a day interacting with these questions, and by the end of the course you'll have a detailed plan, tailored uniquely to you. There's no pressure of immediate action (that will happen in April – 3 months down the line). You've got 3 months of mental preparation.
You'll open each daily email in the first part of your day, giving yourself time to reflect on the questions as you go about your day.

JANUARY: REFLECTION & CLARITY
Throughout January, we'll dig into profound "Why" questions to explore your core motivations and values.
You'll engage with daily prompts designed to help you understand why you are where you are today and why certain goals matter deeply to you. This month sets a strong foundation of self-awareness, helping you uncover the bedrock reasons behind your longing for change.
FEBRUARY: VISION CREATION & GOAL DEFINITION
In February, we'll shift our focus to inspiring "What if" questions that open up possibilities and get your imagination going.
Through thought-provoking questions, you'll envision the future you want – considering what might be possible if you overcame obstacles and grabbed ahold of new opportunities. This phase is about expanding your horizons and crafting a compelling picture of what could be, which will guide your journey through 2025 and beyond.
MARCH: STRATEGIC PLANNING & SYSTEMS DESIGN
March centers on practical "How" questions to transform the vision you have in your mind into an actionable plan.
You'll develop strategies, set up support systems, and prepare mentally for executing your goals in the new year.
By the end of the 90 days, you'll have a personalized roadmap that you can use to fire on all cylinders. More than having a well-laid strategy, you'll have done the mental preparation necessary, having embedded deep within yourself the perspective, insight and motivation you'll need to fuel your journey from here on out.

To let you in on the method behind the madness, the questions I draw on prevail from a range of tried-and-tested fields, including...
The Socratic method: to stimulate critical thinking.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: to help reframe limiting beliefs.
Coaching techniques: for setting goals and stimulating self-discovery.
Positive psychology: to focus on strengths.
Neuroscience: to be aware of how to engage your brain’s cognitive networks.
Mindfulness practices: to enhance focus and self awareness.
Etc.
Each question is purposefully designed for each phase that you're going to pass through. They are far from random, shot-in-the-dark questions. In fact, I will let you in on my thinking behind each set of questions at the time I ask them... but more interestingly, I'll explain which cognitive networks (in your brain) the questions engage with... and what this ultimately means.

With all of my habits coaching courses, I have purposefully baked in a minimum of 10 days of mental preparation before folks jump into making and breaking habits, or executing on goals. This is essential – slow and steady wins the race!
By dedicating these 90 days to reflection and planning—without jumping into action prematurely—you set yourself up for sustainable success (to be able to maintain a streak, for instance). This intentional approach helps you avoid the pitfalls of starting and stopping – ensuring that when you begin taking action on your goals from the get-go in April of 2025, you'll be more than mentally prepared and locked onto your goals.

I will also include the "21-day action phase" component from my "Sticky Habits" course that worked so well for past clients, and which will help keep you highly focused as you breeze through the first 3 weeks of implementing your objectives in April of 2025.

I'll provide you with a WorkFlowy template that you can use to record your thoughts daily.
You'll see that the template divides each month into 3 sets of 10 days, for which there will be a distinct theme for each day's questions. You can duplicate this template in your account, and then begin adding your thoughts to it.
You will get a small set of questions in each daily email I'll be sending, which you can then plug into your WorkFlowy template so that you can answer them.
The template is optional! You can also answer the questions in your mind... or on some less ephemeral type of material, if you please.

Your insights definitely elevate the conversation I'd otherwise be having with myself. I'm seeing really important insights and even though some of this should be obvious (I teach it and write about it in my books after all!) it's not always obvious where and how I am not applying my own principles. So again I thank you. This is far more than sticky habits - it's plumbing the depths in a way that truly helps me move forward. Previous attempts on routine exercise have not yielded as strong of a feeling of well being. I don't know why it is this time. Whatever it is, I really like it. It is providing some overall perspective that I was missing.
How can we have just one week left?! When we started the program, I thought the month would seem so long and like so much work, but it has been a delight and an incredible support for work that I have been trying to do for a very, very long time. I have found a lot of value in typing the dialogue vs meeting in person or via video chat. Typing discourages me from being performative for the coach or counselor and getting those pats on the head for the 30 minutes and then going back to life without too much of a consideration of really working to implement a new approach. Lots has clicked into place with your coaching style and this format, and came at the right time for me. I am hopeful this the beginning of true change (I DO believe I really am building the real skills to keep positive habits in place) and not just a blip on the performative client timeline! I so appreciate your work, leadership and support!
I'm very appreciative of this 31-day challenge. I feel like it's the emotional/spiritual equivalent to a week of deep tissue massages. I've really been able to unpack a lot of stuff that I had let build up. What this course has taught me is to feel worthy enough and capable of achieving a mindset and guiding philosophy where I simply don't accept failure. This has been a tremendous experience. I think I fall in the category of “stop and start”, however, I’ve accomplished more than I thought I would, and have made significant progress. Oftentimes, I used to forget that I was trying to start something, but this time it’s different. I’m now very conscious of the habits that I’ve been wanting to implement. I’ve now gotten into the rhythm of learning in the morning with my first cup of coffee. I feel good.
I’ve really enjoyed the program! Great leadership. I believe that I’m building permanent "hard" habits, which will stick with me and change the course of my life.
